Lets make use of the
emulator-logcat-outputargument to log ALL output fromadbto a file while the emulator is running.The resulting file
logcat-$(Configuration)-full.logwill be included in the testxa-build-status*zip archives which are saved at the end of a test run.Also fix a bug in the
RestartDevicemethod where if it ran usingdotnetwe could get the following errorThis was because we were missing the
buildcommand.
